Training Ride for Essex Air Ambulance

Andy, Adrian, Brian, Rob and Simon line up for a 20 mile ride for the Essex Air Ambulance. The ride was hillier than expected so actual good training. We also managed to eventually sort out how to call for cars coming up or down. Well done to Brian who rode 30 miles each way to join the ride so had a pretty big day out!
